Free Life began with a personal belief.
Our founder, Michael Segrest, is a pilot, health enthusiast, and lifelong student of human behavior. He has always been driven by one idea: freedom and wellbeing are deeply connected.
During a time when the world was forced to slow down, he saw how disconnected people had become from their own health, and how easy it was to nurture bad lifestyle habits.
What initially started in the home kitchen, made for the close friends, grew into the first protein gummy brand ever made in the KSA and distributed across the Middle East Region.
